Sadie Family Wines, Rotsbank, 2024 Continue Selling OOS Founded in the early 1990sRotsbank is Chenin Blanc from a shallow, rocky vineyard on Paardebergs Aprilskloof, where vines dig deep into granite. Whole bunch pressed and aged 12 months on lees in old foudres, the wine is bottled with minimal sulfur to preserve site transparency. The 2024 shows classic granitic austeritytight, linear, and quietly powerful. Its a newer addition to Sadies lineup but already stands out for its focus and mineral depth.
